Our service to you is based on the number of donors you have whom you would like to reach each month. Our mission is to treat your donors as your family members and saints, and steward them to the best of our ability, in representation of you. Review our process below and then schedule an engagement call with Donna to see how we can best suits your needs:
1. Create a simple strategy
What is the message?
Who do you want to reach?
What is the timeline?
Schedule email marketing emails, if applicable.
Set up a reporting and follow up plan.
Choose a patron saint for the strategy. We will pray to that saint for their intercession during the entire program.
2. Implement the strategy
We call your donors with your desired message.
We take note of your donors' special requests.
We follow up with staff to answer donor questions and concerns.
We'll call your donors back with your answers to their requests.
Send individual email follow ups.
Send email campaigns per strategy.
3. Report and assess
Write monthly reports.
Set a standing appointment and discuss with designated parish personnel.
Assess how the strategy is going:
Is the strategy successful to date?
What should the next steps be?
What should be improved to help parishioners draw closer to the church?
Should we implement a new plan?
Should we re-write the strategy?
